倉(cāng)泵主要由泵頂倉(cāng)、泵體、進(jìn)料閥、卸料裝置、進(jìn)氣管路、自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)、排氣閥等部件構(gòu)成。從結(jié)構(gòu)形式上劃分,倉(cāng)泵可分為單倉(cāng)泵與雙倉(cāng)泵。單倉(cāng)泵采用間歇式輸送模式,而雙倉(cāng)泵由兩套獨(dú)立泵體組合而成,通過兩套泵體交替作業(yè),能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)物料的連續(xù)輸送,大幅提升輸送效率。

1.進(jìn)料環(huán)節(jié)需滿足持續(xù)供料條件,要求在進(jìn)料閥上部設(shè)置容積略大于泵體裝料容積的泵頂料倉(cāng),以保障連續(xù)進(jìn)料。同時(shí),可在泵頂料倉(cāng)下部的錐體側(cè)面加裝振動(dòng)器,或在內(nèi)部增設(shè)物料氣化裝置,通過振動(dòng)或氣化作用加速物料卸料,避免物料在倉(cāng)內(nèi)堆積堵塞。

The feeding process must meet the continuous feeding conditions, and it is required to set up a pump top material bin with a volume slightly larger than the pump body loading volume at the upper part of the feeding valve to ensure continuous feeding. At the same time, a vibrator can be installed on the side of the cone at the bottom of the pump top silo, or a material gasification device can be added inside to accelerate material unloading through vibration or gasification, avoiding material accumulation and blockage in the silo.
2.合理優(yōu)化進(jìn)料閥設(shè)計(jì),適當(dāng)加大進(jìn)料閥的口徑,以此增強(qiáng)物料的通過能力,縮短進(jìn)料所需時(shí)間。例如,對(duì)于小規(guī)格的倉(cāng)泵,可針對(duì)性地加上進(jìn)料閥口徑,提升進(jìn)料效率。
2. Reasonably optimize the design of the feed valve, appropriately increase the diameter of the feed valve, in order to enhance the material passing capacity and shorten the feeding time required. For example, for small-sized bin pumps, the diameter of the inlet valve can be specifically increased to improve the feeding efficiency.
3.應(yīng)確保輸送階段在倉(cāng)泵整個(gè)工作周期中占據(jù)較大比例。通過采取促進(jìn)泵體內(nèi)部物料氣化、在輸送管道上增設(shè)助吹裝置等措施,能夠有效縮短物料輸送的時(shí)間,提高設(shè)備的整體運(yùn)行效率。
3. It should be ensured that the conveying stage occupies a significant proportion of the entire working cycle of the bin pump.
